Oberle & Associates, Inc., takes pride in providing its employees and customers with a healthy and safe work environment. We recognize its importance and have taken the responsibility to establish company safety policies and training.

We have a full-time Safety Director on our corporate staff who performs weekly job site inspections to ensure that all federal and local regulations are being met. The job site foreman and superintendents take an active part on a daily basis to ensure that these regulations are met.

Our company has the following programs and policies in effect:

Our employees take an active role in safety training and education. Weekly "Tool Box Safety Talks" are held at each job site by the respective superintendent. Specific topics are discussed as well as any unsafe acts or special details about a particular project.

Accident reports are reviewed by the Safety Director, Project Manager, and Superintendent. Corrective action is taken when required. We have a light-duty policy in effect to allow individuals with some restrictions to return to work at tasks they are able to perform.
